Unsold organ billing issues

The organ harvesting operations are proceeding as planned, however we seem to be overstocked on raw genetic material. The costs of maintaining the living tissue during the current heat wave have risen over five figures in the last week alone.
One possible solution to this problem would be to begin double billing customers for their own tissue and then "fix" the problem when they lodge a complaint. We can always blame it on another Chupacabra attack. ;)
